Front Description
This pin is given to cast members who join the 'buddy scheme' at head office. It's a scheme that partners employees with new starters to help them join the company and provide a friendly face. I believe there are less than 20 members so the pin is very rare.
The pin is circular with a purple border, featuring the words "One good turn .. deserves another". The centre of the pin is brown, representing a wooden door, and rotating at the centre, is a smiling door knob, from Alice in Wonderland.
