Front Description

This is the ultimate pin. This is the sought after Pin Trading Pin, which represents pin trading for the millennium celebration. It is 1.25" (32 mm) in diameter and has Mickey Mouse holding up 3 pins inside a red circle with the words "Pin Trading" written at the top.

 

According to one source there were about 5000 made.

 

NOTE: This is similar to (#48642) with some small detail differences, including the fact that on (#48642), there are no pins in Mickey's hand. In addition, the background of this pin has subtle 2000 dates whereas (#48642) is solid dark blue.
