Front Description

The top of the pin is white, with a gold epaulet on the right "shoulder" which extends under the center of the pin to the left side. A small black circle is in the epaulet as if it is the button holding it onto the shoulder. Two black stripes reach from the center of the pin down the left side as if it is a sash. The bottom of the pin is navy blue with a gold stripe outlining the top of the navy blue. There is a navy stripe around the outside of the pin.
