This hinged pin is part of the Disney's History of Art pins being released at the Mickey & Pals stores in Japan.

 

It features on the outside of the white egg a yellow and brown duck. When you open the egg a tiny ugly duckling still in the egg with his legs sticking out is inside. The outside of the pin reads Walt Disney's Silly Symphonies The Ugly Duckling 1939.
