Released exclusively at Shimamura stores in Japan, known for "Chic, Cheap, & Comfortable Clothing", this pin featuring Belle and the Beast dancing in the rose jar was the "secret" pin of a 4 pin set (#121985) that comes on a unique 4" * 6" art card rather than a normal backing card.
The other pins in the set are Mrs. Potts and Chip (#123464), Cogsworth & Lumiere (#123463), and Belle & the Beast dancing (#122034).
Pin measures 1.5" tall by 1" wide. Back reads (c) Disney,, a symbol followed by SHO B1, and finally Not For Sale.
What makes this pin a 'secret" is unknown at this time. These pins were a Gift With Purchase for customers who bought over 3000 yen. They were handed out at random, so it was not easy to complete the set.
