***This is the Artist Proof of PP69214.*** Tinker Bell in a red dress flying past the American flag trailing the flag's silver stars from its blue banner with her magic wand. This is a pin-on-pin with the bottom right corner of the flag missing to give a three dimensional effect to Tink's flight from the flag. Only 20-30 of these ARTIST PROOF pins exist and they could only be obtained through Special Event Pin Boards or through Disney Executives.
