This Dark Tales set #3 includes a four pins, and was released at the Disney Studio Store Hollywood Villain Pin Trading Event at The Roosevelt Hotel on October 8, 2017. The Evil Queen is holding the green elixir in a goblet in her right hand while standing in her lair. There is a skull on a book, with green liquid steaming in front of her. Her shadow is behind her on the fireplace bricks. 

Event attendees were guaranteed the opportunity to pre-purchase the new Dark Tales Limited Edition Pins. Each attendee was allowed to purchase two sets for $88.95 each.
