This pin is approximately 1" square. It reads Disney VoluntEARS and has black Mickey ears logo on a white background. Backstamped (c) Disney China on a gold waffle metal. It is very similar to pin 21431 and 22831 except on this one the lettering is outlined in gold and is infilled in solid red.
