The pin is from the 4 pin booster set (#124703) featuring characters from the Alice in Wonderland Maze. This one is for the White Rabbit. He is dressed in a knave of hearts suit with a white fluffy collar while holding his pocket watch in his left hand and pointing at it with his right. He is standing in front of a pink glitter filled background with a heart patterned outline. The pin is bordered in gold and is oval shaped.

 

The hedge maze is an attraction in Fantasyland at Shanghai Disneyland. The characters are based on Tim Burton's live action Alice in Wonderland. The outlines/accents look like parts of the maze. Pins in the set include: 124704, 124705, 124706, 124707.
