The set features four characters dressed in striped ice cream shop / soda jerk outfits holding stylized, Free-D ice cream cones. Kronk (from The Emperor's New Groove) holds a Yzma cone with blue, yellow, purple and lavender ice cream.
He is wearing a white hat, and a white, yellow, and blue shirt. The round pin has a light yellow border and a turquoise background with the free-D cone extending from the edge.
