This pin came from the four pin limited edition set celebrates the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival 2017 in WDW. The set features four characters dressed in striped ice cream shop / soda jerk outfits holding stylized, Free-D ice cream cones.

Donald holds a Chip and Dale cone with white and brown ice cream with a red (nose) dot and a brown (nose) dot. He is wearing a white hat, and a white, yellow, and blue shirt. The round pin has a turquoise border and a light colored background with the free-D cone extending from the edge.

 

Pin measures 1-3/4 x 1-3/4 inches.
