Shortly before 2000 Vista United split and half became WDW Call Center (the information operators that you talk to when you call WDW) and a year later Vista United stopped being the telephone service. A company called Smart City Telecom now does the telephone maintenance.

This pin is an upside-down white and yellow striped triangle, with a blue Mickey Icon (head and ears) in the triangle, and a white grid at the center (making it look like a phone).
