This is a silver-toned pin with black and white enamel, depicting a vintage black and white pie eyed Minnie Mouse. It originally came in a two-pack with a Mickey Mouse #74166.

 

Pin back & lines are silver. Space between Mickey and Minnie Mouse's legs and space between Minnie's right arm and skirt are solid and white.
