This Year to Be Happy pin features 3 layers, with the middle four circles a spinner. The Back circle is about 2" across and reads 'the year to be here' running around the edge of the pin. The middle level is 4 smaller circles that spin. The circles feature the characters Donald, Mickey, Minnie and Goofy surrounded by a blue border circle with stars. The top level is a stationery 2018 in blue and white. In the 2018, the zero/0 and the eight/8 are glitter filled.
