This card was attached to a light blue scarf with Mickey on it and was sold at Kmart. Set of 4 different Patriotic buttons on a cardboard USA flag with Disney Spirit across the top of the flag and Mickey saluting on the right side. One has Mickey saluting, one has USA written across it, one has Mickey written across it and the last has is the stars and stripes.
