One of a series of 14 pins released during the 15th anniversary of Epcot (commemorating the 11 countries represented in World Showcase, plus three others).
Mickey, bottom right turned right, wears a red French beret and red shirt. He rests his right hand on his suitcase and lifts up his yellow passport in his left. A yellow Eiffel Tower is in the background, left, and the word "FRANCE" is across the top; behind is a blue background. The pin is shaped like a postage stamp, with red border.
