On the top of it, there are several red bands with the Chinese word "Big red cash bag" and "Good luck comes" on them. The red square in the middle of the pin rotates or spins and has the Chinese word "Spring" on it. The pin has a pendant or dangle shaped like a Chinese style paper lantern with the Chinese word "Ji" on it which means luck.
