Pluto wears his red and green 2018 Chinese New Year outfit. He is smiling and running. There are several shoe shaped or hat shaped gold ingots beside him and fireworks behind him. The main part of the pin has a deep blue octagon background with a red edge. At the top of the pin, there are several red bands with the Chinese words "Big red cash bag" and "Good luck comes" on them. The red diamond in the middle of the pin rotates or spins and has the Chinese word "blessing" on it. The pin has a dangle shaped like a Chinese style gold coin with the Chinese word "Zhao Cai Jin Bao" on it which means "making great fortune". The pendant has a yellow tassel below it.
