It is a round pin on pin with the top pin on a hinge that flips back and forth to reveal 2 scenes. Flipped to the right, it shows Ralph with a 'wreck' and Felix with a hammer held in the air, ready to fix-it. Flipped to the left it shows Ralph standing with red balloons above him and looking down at Vanellope on the other side, holding about a dozen red balloons. . All against the mickey ears embossed backing.
