Making the Magic - WDW window pin. Says "Visionary Management" in the window. It is a Walt Disney World Insiders exclusive pin. Not sold to the public, and only a limited (unknown) number were made. The pin was given to managers at WDW as a reward if they received positive guest feedback, or hit goal numbers.
