This is a circle pin with a blue background that has Minnie in a green hula skirt and yellow lei dancing the hula.

Except for the colors used for Minnie's hula skirt, lei and bracelet and the circle around her, this is the exact same pose as the Disneyland Mystery pin #9 - pinpics #6020.
