This pin is one in a series of Walt Disney World exclusive pins made for Cast Member to wear on their lanyards for trading with the public. 2002 This pin does not have a hidden Mickey on it.

This is a circle pin with Donald in a red inner tube riding the waves, his hat has come off.

 

Water Series: Set #155899, Donald #12825, Mickey #13518, Minnie #15327, Daisy #15977, Goofy #17167, Pluto #33263.

 

50531 is the hidden Mickey version.
