This Cast Member-only pin has Walt Disney World written on a circular banner on top of a Mickey three circle world globe icon with three flags sticking out of it. On either side of the Mickey Mouse icon is the dates 1971 and 1991. Below that is 20th Anniversary.

 

This pin has an epoxy dome coating that has yellowed with age which alters the appearance and color of the pin.
