Front Description
One of seven pins from the 2017 Fruit set of Hidden Mickey pins that was released in Wave A at Walt Disney World. The pins feature different fruits in the shape of a Mickey head or with a Mickey head incorporated into the fruit itself. The silver Hidden Mickey icon can be found in a different place on each pin. Pins were originally only available by trading with a cast member. In August 2018, pouches containing two random 2017 Hidden Mickey pins were available to purchase for $12.99.
This Completer pin features a single red Raspberry. If you look closely, you can see that the drupelet (yep, that’s what those little round things are called) in the foreground is shaped like a Mickey head. Fitting, since one of the park-goers’ favorites is the Raspberry Rose Mickey Macaron from the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. Did you know that July 8th is National Raspberry Day?! (The Hidden Mickey icon is in the bottom-right corner of the pin.)
The five common pins include a Pineapple slice, a bunch of Grapes, an Apple, a slice of Watermelon and a Pear. The Grapes are repeated on the silver Chaser pin. The Completer pin is a Raspberry.
