This pin is the seventh in a series of 12 Animation Legends pins being release at Walt Disney World. It is the July Pin of the Month. It is of the Evil Villain Pete, in a blue suit and top hat with his hands on his hips looking very mad. The words Pete 1952 underneath him.
This pin is similar to the other flipper/spinner pins in that it flips/spins around to show a black and white sketch on one side and a color picture on the other.
