This pin is part of a series. When DCA opened, different departments and locations (hotels and dtd included) throughout the resort made a pin like this one. They were all dangles like this and made of the same material. There are over 50 in the series. Chances are that this particular pin was given to the employees at the good neighbor hotels (on Harbor Blvd. and other hotels in the area) just as there was one given to them that had the same dangle, but had the DCA logo.
