Almost an exact duplicate of Pinpics #11395, this pin differs in the coloring of the lettering for the word "years". It also was distributed only to DVC Cast Members and on the card as shown, as opposed to DVC members who travelled on the special DVC cruise that got #11395. In addition, the reverse reads Cast Member Exclusive, again different than pin #11395.
This pin was also given to all Cast Members who attended a rally at Downtown Disney on Thursday 9/12. It was in the goodie bag that the Cast Members received upon checking in. Only difference is it didn't come with the card.
