The bottom quarter of the ice cream is blue, for his pants, the top has his orange shirt with his black vest over it. There's a bite taken out of the top right corner of the bar with a white drop of melted ice cream dripping down the right side. A tan popsicle stick protrudes from the middle bottom. 1 1/2"W x 1 1/8"W.
