This pin featuring Oswald the Lucky Rabbit was released at the Disney Employee Centers and online to commemorate the company's 95th anniversary. The pin features the water tower located at The Walt Disney Studio campus in Burbank. Oswald is either jumping up in front of the water tower or possibly hanging from railing of the water tower's walkway.
