This is part of a 12 pin mystery box set called Halloween Time released at Disneyland Hong Kong. Every box had 5 pins inside. It features pumpkins in the shape of disney characters with a steampunk clock design.
This pin features Donald Duck.
His head is a purple pumpkin with a second, smaller pumpkin on his head in place of his hat and a green leaf hanging off to the side. One eye is a red button and the other eye is a silver gear
