Front Description
This pin celebrating The Sword in the Stone’s 55th anniversary was released at both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World. It shows the Wart just after he pulled the sword from the stone, holding it straight up in the air and looking at it. Merlin is standing behind him and also looking up at the sword, while Archimedes flies above him, also looking. Sun rays are shining down and glinting off the sword and the blue background. Merlin, Wart, the sword, and the stone (which has snow on it) are all a pin-on-pin element. Merlin’s hat and a good portion of the sword extend past the edge of the bottom pin. “The Sword in the Stone” is written in gold on the bottom left over part of Merlin and “55th Anniversary” is on the background on the right. The back of the pin has the Mickey icon pattern. On the top is a box with the 2018 ODPT logo. Beneath that is a box that says Limited Edition of 2000. And under that one is a box that says ©DISNEY, and Made in China. The FAC is printed on the bottom right. The Pin has two posts and no nubs. There are also two rivets for the pin-on-pin.
