This is part of the limited edition pin set #13247 on wood released at the DS Maihama in the Tokyo Disneyland Resort celebrates their 2nd anniversary. There are 4 pins that sit on a piece of wood. Each pin has a character in evening attire on top and a spinner on the bottom (one side has the number 2 0 0 2) and when it is spun around spells out the name of the store.) they slip into a groove on the wood.
Mickey is on top of the spinner dressed in a white tuxedo with a red bowtie and a black top hat. The spinner are the letters MA and the number 2.
