On a Mickey Icon with 'since 3/17/99 above TESTTRACK Walt Disney World. 20 Years is in the Right Ear. It is backstamped as Limited Edition of 600. The speedometer pointer in the center moves back and forth. The teal-colored parts glow in the dark.
