Front Description
This button was given as a promotional item to commemorate the opening day of the Marvel Studios film Captain Marvel at theaters nationwide. The image is from the movie poster of a ¾ figure of Carol Danvers in her Captain Marvel uniform with her hair and body lit by energy beams radiating around her. Behind her is a red, cutout of an 8 pointed star that is similar to the emblem on the front of her uniform. The background has her standing on or just above a planet's surface with starships flying in the blue and red sky above her. At her waist is the Marvel Studios' logo: "MARVEL" in white letters in a red rectangle next to "STUDIOS" in white letters with a line above and below on a transparent background. Below that in large red letters it has "CAPTAIN" then "MARVEL." At the bottom of the button in white is "MARCH 8." There is nothing on the back except the straight safety pin near top center.
