Minnie Mouse is one of seven pins in a framed set (#11159) released in 1999 to commemorate the year. Minnie holds a yellow "9" and is dressed as a director (representing Disney-MGM Studios), with red pants, white top, red director's cap and blue megaphone.
This is a huge pin for 1999: It measures over 3 1/4" (8.4 cm) wide and 3" (7.7 cm) tall.
