This 3D Button was available since the opening of EuroDisney in the shop Star Traders in Discoveryland near the entrance of the attraction Star Tours.No it's sold out. Cos-mic holograms(c)disney/LfL.

 

This button was sold in Disneyland in the first few years after the attraction opened. It has a different backer card which has the speeder on both the front & back of the card. Price $1.95. Number on price tag: 4 00100 48022 9.
