A Smiling/Laughing Mickey face is part of the 5th series of lanyard pins released at WDW in 2002.

Note: Most Cast Lanyard Series, Cast Lanyard Collection, and Global Lanyard Collection pins were released before Disney began placing Hidden Mickey symbols on these pins.
