One of seven pins from the 2019 Disney Short Films set of Hidden Mickey pins that was released in Wave C at Walt Disney World. Each Mickey-head-shaped pin features a black-and-white scene from an early Disney short. Except for the Skeleton Dance with its left-ear icon, the small Hidden Mickey icon is on the right ear of each pin. Pins were originally only available by trading with a cast member. In December 2019, pouches containing two random 2019 Hidden Mickey pins were available to purchase for $12.99.
This pin features Mickey in a scene from the Disney short, Barnyard Concert. He’s standing on the right, waving a conductor’s wand from a podium with a music score, while a horse is playing a bass drum in the top-left corner of the film. This horse would become Horace Horsecollar in future shorts.
The six common pins include scenes from Two Gun Mickey, Plane Crazy, Skeleton Dance, Barnyard Concert, Steamboat Willie and Barn Dance. Steamboat Willie is repeated on the translucent-purple Chaser pin.
