Front Description
A rectangular pin depicting the event piece from the Disney Gallery for the 1999 Disneyana Convention. The piece was a safari vehicle with Mickey, Donald and Goofy aboard. Reported to be limited to 2500 pcs. The pin has a background of yellow on the bottom slowly transitioning to orange on the top. Disney (in script is on the top right). DISNEYANA 1999 is in red on the bottom. In the center is picture of an open air safari 'jeep'. Inside the vehicle are Mickey (who is driving-steering wheel on the left side/british style), Goofy is next to Mickey and has binoculars help up to his eyes, Donald is in the back of the jeep sitting on luggage. His right arm is in the air. All characters are in safari outfits incluting pith helmets. The epoxy coating has yellowed with age.
