One of ten PLANTER MYSTERY SET pins released at the 2020 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. The planters are themed after different Disney characters and attractions. Each Mystery box (entitled POTTED PLANT PINS) contained two random pins.

 

The hat of Dr Facilier, the villain from the Disney animated movie, The Princess and the Frog, has four purple Calla Lilies growing out of the top of it. There is a purple feather coming from the hatband on the right. A Skull and Crossbones are on the hat above the band.
