This is the Watto pin from the Star Wars Celebration Chicago 2019 convention pin trading set. The trader from Episode IV has on a light brown vest and his body is accented with yellow. His wings are gray as are his arms and legs.
This pin was available for purchase online before the convention to ticket holders as part of a 4-pin set. There were over 45 Star Wars Character pins in this set that was designed with art by Chrisie Zullo. The back has a black finish with two posts and is back stamped with Lucasfilm Ltd and Made in China.
