Forky's right eye is bigger than his left as black dots in the pop art style. He has a red eyebrow and blue lips meant to resemble clay. His arms are a red pipe cleaner. Cream colored paste holds his beige popsicle stick feet to his body.

Pin is 1 1/2" tall.
