This pin is for the movie Tangled with Rapunzel on the front swinging from her tower with her hair. It is a hinged pin, and when you open it up, Rapunzel and Flynn Rider are depicted during the lantern scene where Rapunzel is releasing a lantern.
On the left-hand side of the pin, it says, "Once upon a time, Rapunzel met Flynn Rider, who promised to take her out of her lonely tower to see the floating lights that journeyed into the sky each year on her birthday.
