Shaped similar to a rubbery ducky, this character is Scrooge McDuck. He's all white wearing a black top hat with red band, black coal for eyes and mouth and brown pincenez on the bridge of his snow bill. He has a brown cane and a single black coal button on his top below his snow tie. Each box contains two randomly selected pins from 10 overall designs in the set. From set PP130831.
