"Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction" was a monthly release in 2020, featuring Minnie on pins and other merchandise which spotlighted twelve different Disney theme-park attractions. These pins were only available in three-pin sets for $19.99. During the first two months, items were only available in person at the WDW and DL parks. In the third month of release (March), the national Covid-19 shutdown caused a quick switch to selling the items only on shopDisney.com through their new MerchPass lottery system. Unfortunately, the shopDisney.com website was grossly inadequate for the number of people sitting at home waiting to buy the sets, and it was often impossible to even gain access to the sale. If you were fortunate enough to be allowed in, it wasn't uncommon for the website's check-out system to crash as you tried to pay, because of the sheer quantity of people trying to purchase at one time. By the time you got back to that point again, however, the items were usually sold out (usually within two hours). This was a difficult collection to complete at the time.
