I'm not quite sure what the event was, but this button reads World Reunion 1971 Walt Disney World 25th Anniversary 1996 "Disney Days". Obviously made to commemorate the 25th at Walt Disney World, I assume Disney Days was some sort of celebration.

 

Behind Mickey is the (left to right) are the icons of the three parks opened during this celebration: Spaceship Earth for EPCOT Center, Cinderella's Castle for the Magic Kingdom, and the Earful Tower for Disney-MGM Studios.
