This is a pin from a Collection of 6 that was available in limited edition through The DS. This specific pin is one that celebrates the little droid introduced in the last film of the Star Wars, Skywalker saga, D-O. The pin is die cut, round with an arched banner on top and a rectangular box at the bottom. The center, background color is blue with the black base metal peeking out to create stars. A yellow border surrounds this background color. A black border is in the center of the yellow one and flows up to an arched banner along the top of the center circle. “Resistance Droid” is spelled out in grey along this banner. A rectangular box is under the center circle with a yellow background. “D-O” is written here in a graphic design style to honor the little droid with green, grey, and white colors. The droid himself appears to be rolling along the top of this box, centered on the pin.
The back of this pin features a sandblasted texture and two posts, placed vertically at the top and bottom. The Circle and Castle DS Logo and “(C) Disney - Star Wars logo - (C)&TM Lucasfilms Ltd. - starwars.com” are directly under the top post. Below this are the Official 2019 Pin Trading Logo and “China - Chine - FAC.” The Edition information is just above the bottom post.
