Front Description
This listing is for a retro version of the opening pin for EuroDisney in 1992. The pin was created for Disneystore both in the UK and in France. The layout resembles #3930, but on this pin Mickey Mouse has a totally different pose, he is pointing to himself, giving the impression of "it's all about me", while on the old version Mickey pointed in the open, showing the way to EuroDisney as DLP was called when it first opened. Also the text differs, only the date of the opening is mentioned: 12 avril 1992 (avril = french for April). This version is an open edition clearly marked on the backing card and reflects in its price £7 (UK) and €7 (FR), which does not match the back stamp of an exclusive edition of 1992.
