Issued in the Spring of 2000, this pin is soft vinyl or rubber with a tie tac back. Tigger is bouncing on his springy tail with arms up in the air facing Pooh who is wearing a floppy hat. Both are standing on a piece of wood that says "Pooh's 100 Acre Lake and Resort."
