Voluntears pins are awarded to Cast Members who particpate in activities, on Disney's behalf, that benefit the surrounding community. Exceptional performance or effort in an individual area results in one being awarded a dangle piece which attaches to the main pin as shown here. In addition to the dangles shown they are also available for fundraiser, environment, and health.
